Creating Patient Satisfaction Centres of Excellence

 

The PatientExcel Standards on Patient Satisfaction was introduced at the beginning of 2005 as the framework for assessing applications for PatientExcel Excellence Award. It is the most widely known dental and medical award on the rating of a practices patients satisfaction and can be used as a Quality Award.
